Mother

In hidden symbolism, the concept of a mother transcends the mere act of giving birth and raising as it is even more encompassing and profound.

Cosmic Matter (The Mother of the World) animated by the energy of the impermanent Logos in itself gives birth to all that exists. That Matter in spite the forms it takes it is always pure and immaculate.

The bodies of galaxies with their suns and cosmic dust, the beings living and evolving in them are formed with their essence.

It is the Shekinah of Kabbalah, Kwan Yin of Taoism, the Taras of Tibetan Buddhism, the Three Mothers of the Puranic tradition, Saraswatii, Lakshmii, Parvatii, the Pachamama of the Incas and all the other manifestations of the Goddesses and Divine Mothers, all exalt the image of the woman and the greatness of motherhood.

I want to send best wishes of health and peace to all the mothers of the world and especially to those who are trying to keep their creatures alive in the face of the cruelty and indifference of others.
