A Kosha Level Explanation
The Upanishads describe the human being as layered, not singular... Each layer is called a kosha… meaning a sheath that covers awareness.
The Self is pure consciousness, koshas are coverings, not the Self. Suffering begins when awareness mistakes a kosha for “I”
When identity sits in annamaya kosha… suffering appears as fear of disease and death.
When identity shifts to pranamaya kosha… imbalance feels like anxiety and restlessness.
When identity is trapped in manomaya kosha… thoughts create emotional suffering.
When identity clings to vijnanamaya kosha… pride, guilt, and self judgement arise.
When awareness touches anandamaya kosha… suffering pauses but ignorance remains.
The Self itself never suffers… it only witnesses... Liberation begins when identification withdraws from all koshas.
You don’t suffer because life is cruel… you suffer because you forgot where you are located.
Why there is sadness... Explanation of a cell level
The sub-due people are described on levels, not singles... Every level is called cells... A cover that covers consciousness.
-The soul is pure consciousness... Cells are the cover, not the soul... Sadness begins when awareness mistakes the cell for saying “I”.
-When introduction sits in a cell of bliss... Grief appears as disease and fear of death.
-When identity transfer to lifely cells... Imbalance feels like anxiety and restlessness
-When identity gets stuck in pleasant cells... Thoughts cause mental pain
-When identity stuck in scientific cells... Pride, guilt and self-judgment arise
-When awareness touches joyful cells... Sorrow stops but ignorance remains
The soul itself never hurts... This is only the witness... Salvation begins when identity moves from all cells you don't feel hurt because life is cruel... You hurt because you forget where you are.
