Four Noble Truth

The Buddha Sakyamuni’s teachings rely on the Four Noble Truths as the standard. 

To doubt the Four Noble Truths, to discard them is not only to discard the teachings of Buddha, or the Sangha, but to discard the possibility of ones own ability to be open to the truth of ones own experience of existence and how to negotiate it skillfully.
