The entire universe is comprised of energies, defined by humans as gods and Buddhas. Through the infinite interconnectedness and arising from silence and dependent origination, life emerged on Earth, within the solar system, endowed with intelligence and creativity—humans with binary judgment tools, formulating concepts of birth and death. However, all is merely a creation of the universe's infinite chaotic energy. The universe's energies, much like the deities defined by humans, can easily destroy Earth. A meteorite of a certain size could crash into Earth and annihilate much of its life. Yet, what we call destruction is merely our definition; in reality, it is another form of creation by the universe. As we understand the extinction of dinosaurs, without their extinction, there would be no current human society. Without the extinction of dinosaurs, we neither have the capacity to overpower them nor the space to develop technology, nor the oil that fuels modern metropolis.

Additionally, ancient plants became the coal we use today and laid the foundation for a society reliant on oil and electricity. So, are there gods? Are there Buddhas? Or are they merely our definitions?

This is the manifestation of Dharma realms and the causality that exists today. Indeed, all things are impermanent.
