Just know that death is not the abrupt end of a personal story but a continuation of a cosmic rhythm. Just as a wave rises from the ocean only to return to it. You too will dissolve back into the whole. The energy that animates you, the matter that composes you will never vanish. It will reappear in the spark of new stars, in the roots of trees, perhaps even in the consciousness of beings yet to be born. In this light, immortality is not a distant promise, but a reality we already inhabit. The continuous of the Universe through us. 

Everything else is an illusion.
