The human being, on the path of its evolution, came to a place where it always yearns for material possessions and/or experiences as the last source of happiness. Even the more he has, the more he seeks to have to fill their psychological and mental gaps and then have to worry about protecting their assets, “the more I have, the more I need”. Somehow, trying to fill its low self -esteem with outer stimulus lost the opportunity to achieve tranquility and also its human evolution, something that only few people think.

That low self-esteem is manifested with unconscious feelings of scarcity, fear of loosing and lack of real life meaning.

Thus, humans have become slaves of their mind and the material world. The work is to change to become Master of both for which light workers are ready to teach and help overcome the trap of physical life or samsara (wheel of life).

Abidharma, the psychological teachings of Buddha, explains in detail how the mind works and therefore, how to understand and solve human social problems.
