Sacred Technology of Compassion" Spinning the wheel releases the blessings of the mantras inside — just as if they were spoken aloud"
What is a Prayer Wheel?
A Mani Wheel (Khorlo) is one of the most sacred objects in Tibetan Buddhism. Inside its beautifully decorated cylinder lie thousands of mantra scrolls — most commonly “OM MANI PADME HUM” — the mantra of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion. Every single spin sends these blessings out into the world for ALL beings.
What's Inside — The Sacred Anatomy:**
Wooden Top Cap — protects from dust & moisture
Central Axle — the wheel spins around this Mantra Scrolls.
Mantra Scrolls — thousands of sacred mantras rolled tightly inside
Inner Cylinder — holds & supports the scrolls
Outer Cylinder — decorated with sacred symbols & mantras
Spinning Ring — weighted ring spun clockwise by hand
Base Plate — stability & smooth rotation
Carved Pedestal — ornate sacred base
How It Works:
Spin clockwise
→ scrolls turn inside → mantras are activated → blessings spread to all beings in all directions.
One spin = thousands of mantras recited! Why Spin a Prayer Wheel?**
Accumulates merit & purifies negative karma
Spreads compassion to all living being
Protects from obstacles & suffering
Supports meditation & spiritual practice
Benefits even animals & insects that come near it
Every revolution is a prayer. Every spin is an act of love for all beings.
Share & spread the blessings! OM MANI PADME HUM
