Māyā

In Sanskrit, Māyā (माया) primarily means "illusion," "magic," or "appearance," representing the power that makes the world seem real, though it's not ultimately so; it also can mean "creative power," "wonder," or "measurement," with its precise meaning shifting from Vedic to later philosophies, referring to the divine art that manifests the cosmos or the veil veiling ultimate reality (Brahman) from the senses, like seeing a snake where there's only a rope. Quantum physics has told us physical matter is an illusion of wave particle duality, superposition, and a masking of reality by our sense organs. You could call it a "matrix/simulation/maya/hologram/dream/projection" It's all a product of consciousness. Sort of like how dreams are projected onto the "screen" of your mind.
In string theory it posits that all the "physical" matter we see, is comprised of molecules of bonded atoms. Those atoms are different elements. Those elements contain certain number of protons, neutrons, and electrons. Those subatomic particles consist of quarks. Those quarks are a conjugation of multi-dimensional vibrating "strings" of primordial energy; the frequency of those vibrations determine what the particle appears to be. Sort of how a guitar can pluck one string and depending on the vibration of the string we hear the cord of A or F or C, etc. Depending on the vibrational frequency or wave function of the string we perceive different particles. Depending on the vibrational frequency of the particles we get different elements, so on and so forth until we get our apparent reality. But it's all just E=MC²
Mass is just Energy and a lot of it.
Energy = Consciousness; according to certain philosophies.
It's our mind that creates a usable interface based off those wave functions. Our minds create the difference by discriminating the different frequencies. The same as our phones create a usable interface for us to view but we don't see the underlying reality. We don't see the voltages being toggled, the current, the resistors, diodes, the coding, binary, etc etc. We just see the icons. The same as when we look around now we only "see" the icons. We don't see the molecules, the atoms, the subatomic particles; we just see the interface not the truth.
Our entire senses are just analyzing wave functions of the electromagnetic radiation all around us. Photons from light enter our eyes, "touch" the retina, but really it's the photon wave functions interacting with the wave function of the cones and rods in our eyes and signals are produced from those interactions. Same with sound, the waves touch our ear and the hairs turn it into a signal, objects "touch" the skin but you're actually only feeling the electromagnetic repulsion of the electron fields like two negative sides of a magnet trying to touch you don't touch, but the wave functions interact and from those interactions a usable signal is produced. Taste is just analyzing specific wave function interactions of different molecules which are just complex wave functions of different elemental atom combinations and we discriminate certain wave functions that fit parameters as salty or sweet and the exact same with smell; it's just analyzing complex wave functions.
A combined structure of these wave functions when they're filtered and analyzed creates our apparent universe. That's what our brain does; it just filters all the signals down to a usable interface that makes sense to it's "user"
The same "production crew" to create dreams is used to create the waking reality. There is no difference in the dream state and the waking state for both are created by consciousness. It's just in the dream state we are more aware of the "screen" in which the movie is played upon and in the waking state we think the movie is as "real as real life" but it's just a simulation inside your mind. It's actually impossible to even see anything outside of your mind as the whole basis of our senses is taking signals from "outside" and interpreting them "inside" your mind. It's all just consciousness, a divine play in consciousness. You are the consciousness itself; not the body that your consciousness reveals. Thus you can experience all
Consciousness is Omnipresent; No matter where you look, it is consciousness that reveals that to you. Even in dreams. You can look behind your eyes or in deep space. It is consciousness that reveals that space to you.
Consciousness is Omnipotent. From the smallest unit of measurement of energy to the biggest super nova or big bangs, it is consciousness that reveals that power and shows it. It is consciousness that reveals all the energy of the universe for you to visually see.
Consciousness is Omniscient; no matter what you know or can ever learn you can only learn it thru consciousness. Anything that can be discovered or learned in existence can only be known thru consciousness.
The Father is Existence itself, where Consciousness or the Holy Spirit arises out of, thru the Holy Spirit of Consciousness, we all become Sons of God the Father, experiencing Life thru the lens of our individual souls connected to the form of that relative perspective; the body.
We are aware of the body and all it's workings; but we are not the body itself. You can cut off your arm and it doesn't affect you, you can be 7 years old or 77 years old, you're the same awareness that notices the youth and the old age. You're aware of the hunger and pain; but you're also aware of the full stomach and bliss. Birth and death happen in consciousness, of certain perspectives. Life was only created 1 time; it holds many forms. Human, bird, fish, plant, animal, tree, etc. It's all Life. When organisms procreate; they just combine 2 cells that were already alive. Usually a sperm and an egg. They are both already alive; they come together multiply and they just continue Life.
Think of deep sleep; the darkness where you're only aware of awareness or consciousness itself. The absolute absence of things, no universe, no body, no aches or pains, no society, no family, no country, no earth, not even good or evil. Where you exist but no-thing exists; the formless, The non manifested, The singularity before the big bang, Pure Existence, Unbound Consciousness.
The first thing that arises from that deep darkness of your consciousness in deep sleep is Thoughts, i.e. Words. Read the book of John 1; it's about consciousness creating a man and having that man go around and tell people about the consciousness that created all this.
Verses from Bible, Torah, Quran, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Buddhist texts;
Colossians 1:16-17: "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible. All things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together."
Acts 17:24-28: "The God who made the world and everything in it. gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind. For 'in him we live and move and have our being.'"
Psalm 139:7-10: "Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!"
Acts 17:28: "For in him we live and move and have our being."
Proverbs 20:27: "The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inward parts."
Surah Al-Anfal (8:17) from the Quran:
"And you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, [O Muhammad], when you threw, but it was Allah who threw.
Surah Al-Hadid (57:3): "He is the First and the Last, the Evident and the Hidden."
